CTE Posting Dual Credits

Starting JULY 1st, students may submit their request to post completed dual credit articulations. There is no charge to get credits transcribed through the college, however you may find that there is a $10 fee when ordering official transcripts from the college.

• Students must earn a C grade or better to attain college credits.
• Seniors will want to make sure they update or use their personal emails in SERS and SchooLinks. Students will lose access to school emails after graduation day, so make sure you are NOT using a school email for outside programs. This includes your SERS https://www.ctesers.org/  and SchooLinks accounts!
• Use www.parchment.com or www.SchooLinks.com to request your official Highschool transcript.

HOW TO POST CTE DUAL CREDITS

Clover Park College & Bates 

• Have official high school transcript sent to the corresponding email listed below and email the credit request form to:

• Once credits are transcribed, students will get an email with instructions from the college on how to request their official and/or unofficial transcripts.

Pierce College 

• Apply for Admissions at Pierce College at: https://www.pierce.ctc.edu/apply-admission
• Send Pierce Credit Request Form to: evaluations@pierce.ctc.edu
• Have official high school transcript sent to: evaluations@pierce.ctc.edu
• After CTE Dual Credits are transferred, you may download an unofficial      transcript from your ctcLink student portal, or you can request an official   transcript at: https://www.pierce.ctc.edu/transcripts

TRANSFERRING EARNED COLLEGE CREDITS

Prior to transferring credits to another college/university, inquire with the institution to see whether they will accept the transfer of credits.  If accepted, ask how to go about the process.
