It is a pleasure to serve the students and staff of Orting High School. Orting is my community and my home. I moved to Orting in 2007 and started working at OHS as a part-time school counselor. My wife is a teacher at Ptarmigan Ridge and our three children attend Orting schools.  Orting is a great place to live and work. The community’s support for our students and staff make our school a special place to prepare students for every opportunity they can dream of, or imagine. The staff at OHS are outstanding and collectively share a vision of success for all students that propel them into excellence every day they come to work. I am honored and humbled to be  part of the leadership team at OHS.

I became the Assistant Principal in July 2019. The decision to enter into school leadership happened because I saw a need for stability in our school at the administrative level and am passionate about providing each student with the best education they can receive during their time in our community. I am proud to be a Cardinal and am committed to the long-term success of the OHS community.

Please do not hesitate to let me know how we can better serve students in our community through our school. I look forward to being a part of leading at OHS as both the community and school continues to grow.
