CTE Posting Dual Credits

Students can submit their request to post completed dual credit articulations starting JULY 1. There is no charge to get their credits transcribed through the college. You may find that there is a $10 fee if ordering official transcripts at any point.

• Students must earn a C grade or better to attain college credits.
• Seniors will want to make sure they update or use their personal emails. They will loose access to school emails after graduation day, so make sure you are NOT using a school email for outside programs. This includes your SERS account https://www.ctesers.org/ (important)!

How to post dual credit articulations:

1. Clover Park College - The minimum grade required to earn CTE Dual Credit is a “C” or better. Email request form and official high school transcript to studentrecords@cptc.edu. You will receive an email confirmation once your class(es) have been transcribed. Download the form to complete here!

2. Pierce College - Apply for Admissions at Pierce College at, https://www.pierce.ctc.edu/apply-admission
Complete this form and send form to, evaluations@pierce.ctc.edu. Have official high school transcript sent to, evaluations@pierce.ctc.edu. After CTE Dual Credits are transferred, you may download an unofficial transcript from your ctcLink student portal, or you can request an official transcript at, https://www.pierce.ctc.edu/transcripts. 

3. Bates - The minimum grade required to earn CTE Dual Credit is a “C” or better. Email request form and official high school transcript to postdualcredit@pc3connect.org. You will receive an email confirmation once your class(es) have been transcribed. Download the form to complete here!

TRANSFERRING EARNED COLLEGE CREDITS

• Students may be able to transfer dual credits to another institution through www.parchment.com. A variable fee will apply.

Prior to transferring credits to another college/university, inquire with the institution to see whether they will accept the transfer of credits. If accepted, ask how to go about the process. If you do not know the college course number(s) you have completed, email info@pc3connect.org or contact the college that you received the credits and ask how to access your unofficial transcript.
