Friday Newsletter and Special Announcements

  1. ParentSquare App at https://www.parentsquare.com/ (all Orting schools + District have accounts you can search and connect to) ParentSquare gets contacts from Skyward/Qmaltiv, so make sure that you have your correct email address on file for your student. You also message any teachers, staff within ParentSquare (or email). 

Student Fine/Fee Accounts (InTouch)

This one tends to be tricky, so here are the steps to view your students current school fees/fines or to buy items. If you are looking for meal accounts, see the next section. You view and pay inside the Qmaltiv app, not here!

  1. Start at the section below- to make sure you are correctly connected to the Qmaltiv account or app
  2. Use your Qmaitiv login to sign into InTouch here: https://wa-orting.intouchreceipting.com/
  3. Once in, click on your students name (you should see all of your students at all schools). If they have current balances, it will flag red for you when you click on their name.

The Skyward Mobile Qmaltiv App (formerly Skyward Access). This is not for important dates, messages or school business, rather your personal connection to your students education and information. See their class schedule, meal balances (or make meal payments), current and previous class grades, demographics we have on file, absences, health information, etc..
